General Shipping Information

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Packages cannot be opened or inspected at the door.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  • For approved refund requests, NESAA will cover all related shipping and handling costs.

  • During Final Sale periods, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cairo: 2-3 working days

  • Alexandria: 2–4 working days

  • Other Governorates: 4–7 working days

Please note: Shipping times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! For international orders:

  • Shipping rates are calculated after you place your order based on weight.

  • Once you receive the shipping rate and confirm payment, we will proceed with dispatch.

  • All additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to help reduce these costs when possible.

  • No refunds or exchanges are available for international orders.

  • Orders must be fully prepaid before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your order:

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstance.
