Refund & Exchange Policy
For shipping within Egypt, you may always check and try our product while the courier awaits you for 5-10 minutes. In case you no longer wish to have the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees assigned* (Not applied during sale period).
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- On sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.
- For non sale items, Exchanges/Returns are permitted within 7 days of your purchase.

- Only Locally shipped orders are subject to Exchange or Refund (No refund/exchange on international orders)
- As a reminder, NESAA is not responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.
