Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Simply, follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Email us on: care@nesaaonline.com
  • You may schedule an appointment at our office to return the product or a courier can pick it up from your doorstep. 

*During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded. Sale packages are not allowed to be opened while the courier delivers it.

* As a reminder, NESAA is not responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.

* No refunds or exchanges are available for international orders.
