Orders cannot be opened while the courier is waiting.
You can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you’d like to request a refund after receiving your order, you can do so without paying any extra shipping fees.
For exchanges; shipping fees will apply unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
